Why did we launch a new website?

We want our customer to have the best experience ordering their products online. In order to better serve you we needed to make some major changes to our ordering systems and that included a website overhaul.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can still check out as guest. In fact, both medical and recreational customers can checkout as a guest. Medical customers must show their P-Number when they pick up their order.

What happened to my old account?

Part of this new experience involved implementing a new ordering system and not all accounts were able to be migrated over. If your username and password no longer work, you can quickly create a new account and place your order.

Do you still have access to my order history?

yes, let an employee know and we can look it up for you. Not in the store, you can contact our customer service at (617)377-7408 and they can can look up your order history

Do I need to do anything different if I’m a medical patient?

All you need is your P-Number ready in case you need to create a new account. Part of this new experience involved a new ordering system and not all accounts were able to be migrated over. If your username and password no longer work, you can quickly create a new account and place your order.

How do I log in or create an account?

You can log in or create a new account by clicking the round profile symbol at the top right of the menu on the shop page or during checkout.
