Financial Hardship patients must provide documentation that their income does not exceed 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (adjusted for household size).
What documentation do I need to qualify?
In compliance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, NETA requires you to bring in one of the following acceptable verification documents to your next store visit to qualify.

Do I have to be a medical patient to use the Financial Hardship discount?
Yes, the financial hardship is for medical patients only.
Can I apply my financial hardship discount to my online order?
This discount is applied at time of pick up or delivery. We are not able to apply Financial Hardship discounts online.
Do I need to reapply for the Financial Hardship discount each year?
Yes, patients will need to show documentation in store every year to stay on the financial hardship program.
