Mystery Box FAQ

What’s included?  

Each box is curated by product experts. We are offering our highest quality products in all boxes with an average savings of $150!  Be the first to receive our newest products and tell us what you think. Product mix in the boxes will change each month. Boxes may contain items not sold in stores, secret menu items, our newest products, sneak peaks at upcoming product releases, a generous sampling of accessories, and other merch not sold in stores. Can I customize my Mystery Box?  

Sorry, individual customization is not available currently. Shop our menu and place an order for pick up or delivery anytime on our website netacare.org    

How many boxes can I purchase?

As many as your allotment allows! Order as many times as you want each month. Product mix in the boxes will change each month.  

Can I purchase a Mystery Box Instore?  

Sorry, Mystery Boxes are for delivery only.  

How do I pay for my Mystery Box?

All deliveries are paid upon arrival. We accept debit cards or exact cash.  

Are there any delivery fees?  

Currently, Mystery Boxes are delivered at no additional charge, but may be subject to change.  

Are there promotions or discounts on Mystery Boxes?  

Mystery boxes cannot be combined with other promotional discounts and are not stackable with medical discounts except for financial hardship and military veteran discounts.

Can I use vouchers to pay for a Mystery Box?  

Mystery Boxes are not able to be combined with vouchers.  

When can I purchase a box?  

Order anytime during a calendar month to receive that month’s special product mix and merch. Product mix will change on the 1st of each month.  

Can I return or exchange items in my Mystery Box?

Mystery boxes are final sale and non-refundable. If our product is defective, please bring the receipt and defective product within 30 days to any NETA dispensary for an even exchange. Cash refunds are not issued. All apparel sales are final.    

Can I pick up my Mystery Box in store if I miss my delivery?

Unfortunately, Mystery Boxes are currently available for Delivery only. If delivery time is missed, customers may contact us at https://www.netacare.org/help to reschedule their delivery for another delivery date/time in which they will be available to receive their order.  

Does the Vape Mystery Box come with all the batteries I may need?

No. Based on initial feedback, we are not including a battery each month. You can expect to receive a cartridge and POD in the vape box. Batteries are available for purchase separately and can be delivered with your Mystery Box purchase.

Do you offer Mystery Box for Adult Use Delivery?
